Payana is a neat film with good music. Worth a watch.

peep out of the hero, but are kept in admirable restraint. The item song could have been dispensed with to hasten the pace, but overall, Payana proves a pleasant outing.

7 crores in 3 weeks - Buddhivantha

Buddivantha eega hanavantha.Utopian Upendra has proved again that he is the king of box office. This is evident from the three weeks collection of Rs.7 crores that fetched easily Rs.5 crores for the producers A.Mohan and SVR Singh Babu.



This was the expected 'Geluvu' says the whole team of 'Budhivantha' addressing the media on Monday evening at Solitaire hotel in Bangalore. In some of the Telugu belt areas 'Budhivantha' has made record collection and it is a feast for the exhibitors as they reaped Rs.2 crores in 70 theatres where Budhivantha is showing.

The sizzler Suman Ranganath was present alongside Pooja Gandhi at the get together party of the film organized by producer A.Mohan. Suman Ranganath is happy for the success and working with Upendra is a boon in her career she said in her address. Suman Ranganath making big name in Hindi cinema is interested more in Kannada films. She has a CD of Tamil film given by a producer to give her acceptance. In the last 10 years Suman Ranganath made a foothold in Hindi cinema from only sheer hard work. I don't believe in luck in life but bank upon the hard work says Suman Ranganath.

Actor Sridhar coming back to commercial format of films once again made a sensible address and said there was excellent feel in every shot of the film and success was seen during the shooting time.

A success is a spirited one for the team and failure is another kind of losing spirit sometimes. Both are like cyclones pointed SV Rajendra Singh Babu and moving with 'Budhivanthike' is the need of the hour said Singh Babu.

Actress Pooja Gandhi, dialogue writer Ramnarayan, producer A Mohan, distributor Navashakthi Nagaraj also spoke on this occasion.

Ramesh Aravind will be directing his fourth Kannada film 'Venkata in Sankata' where he will be playing the role of a traffic cop with many problems.
