Download videos / mp3 without software installed

simple and most efficient technique (works only in opera)

Cache opera:config

Steps

1. download opera recent version (i use Version 9.23)
   
2. run opera browser and click on opera:config mentioned above or copy and paste this in Address bar ( opera:config#UserPrefs|CacheDirectory4 ), i.e where you type website address
   
3. it opens a window similar to one in picture shown below copy the location of cache directory 4 (it looks like C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming \Opera\Opera\profile\cache4\)
4. open that location on your system
5. now play some video or music files in opera it will be buffered in location mentioned in step 3.

You are done with procedure, now you can copy any video files or music files played in opera.
